Shipping & Returns
All merchandise ordered on kgekdesign.com can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states. Note we currently do not ship kgekdesign.com purchases internationally.

Shipping and Delivery
We offer USPS Priority Mail shipping at a flat rate cost of $7.00
We will make every effort to ship your order within 1 business day of the purchase.
SOME ITEMS MAY SHIP SEPARATELY
Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked with the tracking link provided in the order confirmation email.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses.
OUT OF STOCK
In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is Out of Stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled, and you will not be charged for that item.
A short shipment occurs when we ship to you fewer items than the items for which you initially were able to place an order. For example, we may ship to you only two of a certain item even though you placed an order for three. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible if we will be able to ship the remaining items later, or if we will have to cancel them.
You may be able to pre-order some items that are not yet available for immediate delivery. The Pre-Order message will appear on the product detail pages. A credit card is required for pre-ordered items, and your credit card will be authorized for the price of pre-order as a pending charge. However, we will not charge your credit card for the order until your pre-ordered item(s) actually get shipped.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept the return of full-priced items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and when accompanied by an original KGEK receipt/invoice or gift receipt. Returned items must not be worn or altered. We do not accept returns of custom-made items.
Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
You may return/exchange merchandise purchased online: by mail or at an art festival. All returns/exchanges must be returned within 30 days from the day the item was purchased.
Option 1: By Mail
To return or exchange by mail, please follow these instructions:
1. Securely pack your merchandise in a suitable shipping box and packing materials.
2. Label the package with your return address, and properly address to:

RETURNING A GIFT
Gifts can be returned or exchanged by mail when accompanied by the receipt or original packing slip. For merchandise returned as a gift, you will receive a merchandise credit that will be issued in the form of a KGEK E-Gift Card (if you return by mail).
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on sale at any time. All custom-made merchandise and sale items are considered Final Sale.
